Bird Route 3:- Adam’s Scrub - Gineroi Road

Head north towards Warialda for 24 kilometres, at the Adam’s Scrub Road turn right and continue for 1.5 kilometres, the next 2 kilometres consists of a mixture of thick scrub, Ti Tree, Wattle, Hop Bush, White Box, Silver Leaved Ironbark, Wilgas, and Pine.

Return to the intersection, turn left and travel 2 kilometres south to the Oakey Creek Road. This is travelling stock route 37 to Bingara. The Oakey Creek Travelling Stock Reserve entry gate is 700 metres on the right (The Rural Lands Protection Act 1989 provides public entry to all TSR’s and Reserves). Please close gates after you unless they are open.

Once you leave the Reserve continue through open farm country for 8 kilometres to the Gineroi Road. At this intersection turn left, and continue19.5 kilometres to the Bingara - Warialda Road, on the way the road passes through lightly timbered Ironbark and White Box, birds of prey are often seen in this area. At the intersection turn right for the 8 kilometres to Bingara.
